We’re looking for a Senior PPC Executive to join our growing Performance Marketing team and take ownership of paid advertising campaigns across multiple European markets. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll play a key role in planning, launching, optimising and reporting on paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who combines strong analytical skills with commercial awareness and a passion for performance marketing. You’ll work closely with Data, Development, SEO, Branding and E‑Commerce teams to drive customer acquisition, maximise ROI and support wider business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of paid advertising campaigns across multiple European markets
- Plan, launch, monitor, optimise and report on PPC campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting analysis, bid management, ad copy testing and creative testing
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets across campaigns to maximise performance and ROI
- Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Produce regular reporting for the Head of Performance Marketing and wider stakeholders
- Work closely with Development and Data teams to maintain accurate tracking and attribution across all paid channels
- Lead and support cross-functional initiatives to improve paid media effectiveness
- Collaborate with SEO, Branding, E‑Commerce, Data and Operations teams to improve targeting, messaging and funnel performance
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and testing opportunities
- Support continuous optimisation and innovation across paid media activity
