Role Overview: We’re looking for a PPC Executive to join our growing Performance Marketing team and support the delivery of paid advertising campaigns across search and social media platforms. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, this role combines hands-on campaign management with data analysis and performance optimisation across multiple European markets. You’ll play a key role in helping drive online sales, customer acquisition and overall marketing performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in digital marketing within a commercially driven e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the setup, management and optimisation of paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple European markets
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, audience targeting, and competitor research
- Assist with ad copy creation, creative testing and campaign optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and conversion rates
- Produce regular reporting and performance analysis for internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns align with brand and commercial objectives
- Collaborate with Data, Web Development and Senior PPC colleagues to support accurate tracking and attribution
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and testing opportunities
- Support ongoing optimisation across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid social platforms
