At Jewellery Quarter Bullion, our mission is to create an accessible, simple & enjoyable customer experience across all of our brands and websites. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our team. You will focus on providing exceptional support to our French-speaking clients, assisting with product advice, handling enquiries, and driving sales through excellent customer service. The role involves learning about our products and industry, working closely with a vibrant and collaborative team, and providing occasional support to the UK team in English. Please note: this role cannot be performed remotely. We do not sponsor visas.

  • Customer Engagement: Answer inbound calls and emails, providing high-quality assistance.
  • Sales Focus: Drive sales by following up on customer leads and offering comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Product Information: Provide detailed guidance on product specifications, check prices and availability, and process orders.
  • Compliance: Finalise payments and perform compliance tasks related to onboarding and transactions.
  • After-Sales Care: Support after-sales issues promptly and satisfactorily.
  • Administration: Maintain records and update systems.
  • Support: Assist other teams as needed, contributing to overall success.

Skills: Excellent communication, confident phone manner, passion for customer service, ability to learn product knowledge, strong organisational skills, positive attitude, and team spirit. Previous experience is advantageous but not essential.
