You’ll join a fast‑paced, high‑growth business with a market‑leading online presence, working within a Performance Marketing team focused on driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and campaign performance across multiple European markets.
We're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing Performance Marketing team and take ownership of paid advertising activity across multiple European markets. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you'll play a key role in planning, launching, optimising and reporting on performance marketing campaigns across paid search, paid social and other customer acquisition channels. You'll also help support and develop more junior team members as the team continues to grow. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who combines strong analytical skills with commercial awareness and a passion for performance marketing. You'll work closely with Data, Development, SEO, Branding and E‑Commerce teams to drive customer acquisition, maximise ROI and support wider business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management and optimisation of performance marketing campaigns across multiple European markets.
- Plan, launch, monitor, optimise and report on PPC campaigns across paid search and paid social platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting analysis, bid management, ad copy testing and creative testing.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets across campaigns to maximise performance and ROI.
- Analyse campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Produce regular reporting for the Head of Performance Marketing and wider stakeholders.
- Work closely with Development and Data teams to maintain accurate tracking and attribution across all paid channels.
- Lead and support cross‑functional initiatives to improve paid media effectiveness.
- Collaborate with SEO, Branding, E‑Commerce, Data and Operations teams to improve targeting, messaging and funnel performance.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and testing opportunities.
- Support continuous optimisation and innovation across paid media activity.
- Support, coach and share knowledge with junior members of the Performance Marketing team.
- Assist the Head of Performance Marketing with testing new channels, technologies and growth opportunities.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of performance marketing strategy across the business.
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience managing paid search and paid media campaigns, including ownership of advertising budgets and performance targets across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and paid search campaign management, including but not limited to Search, Display, Retargeting, and Shopping Campaigns.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and optimising for ROI and performance.
- Good understanding of attribution, tracking and conversion measurement.
- Experience within e‑commerce or fast‑paced commercial environments.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple performance marketing campaigns and priorities effectively.
- Commercial awareness and performance‑driven mindset.
- Experience working across multiple international markets (desirable).
- Experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio or similar reporting tools (desirable).
- Understanding of wider digital marketing channels (desirable).
- Ability to read or write in Spanish, French or Italian (desirable).
- Experience mentoring, coaching or supporting junior team members (desirable).
- Strong understanding of broader performance marketing principles and customer acquisition strategies.
