Role Overview
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing Performance Marketing team and support the delivery of paid advertising campaigns across search and social media platforms. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, this role combines hands‑on campaign management with data analysis and performance optimisation across multiple European markets. You’ll play a key role in helping drive online sales, customer acquisition and overall marketing performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career in digital marketing within a commercially driven e‑commerce business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the setup, management and optimisation of paid search and paid social campaigns across multiple European markets
- Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, audience targeting, and competitor research
- Assist with ad copy creation, creative testing and campaign optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve ROI and conversion rates
- Produce regular reporting and performance analysis for internal stakeholders
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns align with brand and commercial objectives
- Collaborate with Data, Web Development and Senior PPC colleagues to support accurate tracking and attribution
- Stay up to date with platform updates, industry trends and testing opportunities
- Support ongoing optimisation across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid social platforms
Skills & Experience
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong numeracy and analytical skills
- Good Excel and data handling skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and interest in digital marketing
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Basic familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads or digital advertising platforms (desirable)
- Experience using analytics or reporting tools such as Google Analytics (desirable)
- Ability to read or write in Spanish, French or Italian (desirable)
- Experience working in e-commerce or a fast‑paced commercial environment (desirable)
