We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our infrastructure and work closely with our development team to improve how we build, deploy and scale our systems. This role sits at the intersection of development and operations, with a strong focus on automation, reliability and performance across our high-traffic e-commerce platforms.
You’ll play a key role in evolving our DevOps capability, helping to streamline deployments, improve system resilience and reduce manual processes through infrastructure as code and modern tooling.
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines to support efficient software delivery
- Work closely with developers to improve deployment processes, performance and reliability
- Monitor system performance and availability using tools such as Prometheus and Grafana
- Automate repetitive processes and reduce manual intervention
- Experience in a DevOps or similar engineering-focused role working with production systems
- Experience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of Linux environments
- Scripting experience such as Bash or Python
- Understanding of system reliability, monitoring and performance optimisation
- Experience with monitoring and observability tooling (desirable)
