Jewellery Quarter Bullion (JQB) is the UK’s leading online bullion dealer with £500m+ annual turnover, over 1.5 million orders shipped annually and operations across the UK, EU and US markets.
We’re not a startup — but we think and move like one. Our brands, including BullionByPost.co.uk and Gold.co.uk, are trusted by hundreds of thousands of investors and collectors worldwide. We are now looking for a Deputy CEO to work alongside the CEO in defining and delivering the next stage of ambitious growth across the business.
You’ll help drive the evolution of the business as we continue embedding AI and automation into our operations, leveraging the expertise and infrastructure of our sister AI business, Danucore, whilst accelerating international growth and strengthening our position as market leader.
This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth business at scale, with a genuine pathway towards becoming CEO. You’ll be in the detail, in the numbers and in the execution, whilst also helping shape wider business strategy and growth plans.
- Working closely with the CEO and wider Leadership Team, you will help drive revenue growth, improve operational performance and support the ongoing evolution of the business.
- Marketing & Growth – performance marketing, CRM, customer acquisition and brand growth.
- Sales & Commercial Strategy – pricing, revenue growth, customer lifecycle and commercial opportunities.
- Ecommerce & Customer Experience – conversion, UX, product development and data-led optimisation.
- Operational Performance & Scalability – fulfilment, efficiency, scalability and customer journey improvements.
- Drive commercial growth, customer acquisition and revenue performance across the business.
- Work closely with senior leadership teams to identify growth opportunities and improve business performance.
- Use data, reporting and commercial insight to drive strategic and operational decisions.
- Help shape the future direction, structure and scalability of the business.
Strong commercial instinct with experience driving revenue and margin growth. Highly data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making capability. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience within high-consideration or trust-led industries such as financial services, luxury retail or insurance (desirable).
