Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Bullion Trader to join our Sales and Customer Services team. This is a customer-facing role focused on supporting customers via phone and email, providing product guidance, processing orders, and delivering excellent service throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and professional support
- Build rapport with customers and deliver a consistently high standard of service
- Provide detailed product information, including specifications, pricing, and availability
- Follow up customer enquiries and support trading activity through excellent customer service
- Process customer orders and payments accurately and efficiently
- Complete customer onboarding and transaction-related checks in line with internal processes
- Take ownership of after-sales support, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Support colleagues and collaborate with other teams to ensure a positive customer experience
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent communication skills with a confident and professional phone and email manner
- Strong customer service mindset with a proactive and solution-focused approach
- Ability to learn and retain detailed product and market knowledge
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
