As our business continues to grow, we are looking to hire a sales executive who will play a central role in delivering this experience.

The Role: This is a highly visible, client-facing position and a key part of our day-to-day operations. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads looking to invest in precious metals. The role will suit someone who enjoys responsibility, takes pride in presentation and is comfortable engaging with a wide range of people - from curious newcomers to seasoned investors and collectors. You will be required to present portfolio opportunities to clients and guide them through the sales process from start to finish. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact in actively selling physical precious metals.
  • In person and phone-based selling to new and existing inbound leads.
  • Build and develop relationships with HNW investors.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, identify caller needs, and provide guidance in the precious metals market.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Presentable, friendly, and consistently professional demeanour.
  • Ability to adapt to and deal with a wide variety of people, including:
  • First-time investors and collectors
  • Experienced investors and collectors
  • High net-worth investors
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and of good standing (clean criminal record required).
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Desired Experience & Characteristics:

    • Previous telephone sales experience is preferred but not required.
    • Experience within a luxury goods, investment, or high-value environment is strongly preferred (e.g. jewellery, watches, gold & silver bullion, investment institutions, art galleries, or collectibles).
    • Resilient work ethic.
    • A genuine interest in or passion for gold and silver coins and/or the world of high-end collectibles is a plus.
