The successful candidate will have a keen interest in product. Through your organised approach to problem solving and interest in improving processes, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Product and Commercial Team. As Supply Chain Administrator, you will report directly to the Head of Product and Commercial and collaborate closely across the business from Customer Services to Logistics. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our products, our customers, and the bullion industry * Facilitate the movement of goods between sites and ensuring stock movements are achieved in a timely manner * Ensuring effective deliveries of stock and communicating accordingly to all relevant stakeholders * Booking stock in and out – Stock control, management, and movement * Ensure efficient collection and delivery of goods * Resolving unfulfilled customer orders * Maintaining accurate stock records * Communication of deliveries to all relevant stakeholders * Supporting the team with monitoring 3rd party leases * Monitoring competitor activities and sharing with wider team * Inbox monitoring for any stock related queries * Strong commercial acumen. * Excellent communicator. * Ability to work quickly and efficiently * Previous experience in a similar Administration role is desirable * Strong computer skills, including a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong attention to detail and a highly organised approach * Work well independently and as part of a team * Great work ethic * Ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines * French speaking advantageous but not compulsory Joining Jewellery Quarter Bullion Ltd, you will become part of an exciting, entrepreneurial business which over the last 12 years has grown BullionByPost to become the UK’s no.1 online gold and silver bullion dealer, turning over more than £350m a year.
