The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

As we continue our international expansion and digital transformation, we’re seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our growing technology team. You will report to, and work with, the Head of IT & Infrastructure to build, maintain, and support our IT systems. Support end-users with technical issues across software, hardware, and connectivity. Manage end-user accounts and devices. Maintain and monitor out CCTV systems. Document and review our operating procedures. Assist the IT team with on-going projects. Understanding that your job is to support your colleagues, you will be driven to find pragmatic solutions to the business problems presented to you, utilising our technology infrastructure to its full advantage. You will endeavour to fully comprehend the tasks you are undertaking, building relationships across the business to foster a deep understanding of the impact of your work. An understanding of Microsoft Windows 10/11 configuration and management. An understanding of WAN and LAN networking technologies.
