About the role

Reporting to the Sales Operations leadership team, the Sales Operations Specialist plays an important role in helping ensure management can make sound, data-driven decisions. You’ll support the day-to-day operational needs of the sales organization by processing sales contracts, supporting commission calculations, maintaining data accuracy, and helping maximise revenue opportunities across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and partnering cross-functionally to improve processes and support business performance. You’ll work closely with teams across Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and IT to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting.

A typical day will include…

  • Processing sales contracts to ensure accurate revenue recognition and compliance with legal requirements
  • Partnering with internal teams to resolve issues relating to commissions, contracts, data, and process improvements
  • Supporting Sales Management by analysing data and helping answer business questions
  • Assisting Legal and Finance teams with monthly and quarterly close activities and reporting
  • Maintaining accurate sales data and supporting the integrity of key business metrics
  • Helping support strategic and tactical initiatives across the sales organization to maximise revenue opportunities
