About the role: Reporting to our Regional Sales Manager (International) within our SMB division, the Account Executive is responsible for finding, developing, and closing business with new prospects. You'll meet and exceed goals through efficient opportunity management, detailed tracking of sales targets/prospects, customer presentations/product demonstrations, and sales negotiation/closing.

A typical day will include:

  • Generating a significant pipeline through outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Establishing a relationship and communicating Bullhorn's value proposition to a key decision maker at a prospect.
  • Navigating a small to medium staffing firm to establish relationships with necessary contacts and uncovering their challenges.
  • Developing a relationship over time to understand their business and act as a technology consultant.
  • Monitoring your sales activity within Bullhorn CRM.
  • Keeping an accurate and comprehensive sales pipeline and recording the reasons for opportunities won and lost.

This role is a fit for you if:

  • Circa 6 months experience in the recruitment industry or selling products/services into the recruitment industry.
  • Passion for building relationships and a proven track record of using problem-solving and interpersonal skills to achieve goals.
  • The ability to prioritise and manage your time well to ensure maximum efficiency with leads and opportunities.
  • An interest in providing solutions and solving problems for passionate startup businesses.
  • A desire for growth in the form of coaching and guidance and an interest in developing your sales skill-set.
  • An innovative, creative attitude to prospecting and your sales process.
