About the role... This is a newly created role built around Amplify, Bullhorn's AI-powered digital workforce platform that automates high-volume staffing tasks like candidate sourcing, screening, and scheduling. Customer demand for Amplify is accelerating, and we're building a dedicated team to help staffing firms adopt it and realise value fast. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Strategy, the Account Development Representative is responsible for driving adoption and growth within an existing customer base. This is a highly customer-facing, consultative sales role where you will work directly with customers to understand how their teams operate, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and help them realise value through AI and automation solutions.
You will build trusted relationships through onsite and remote engagement, guiding customers to adopt new, AI-enabled ways of working while expanding usage across teams and stakeholders. Success in this role is measured by customer adoption, expansion, and the commercial impact you drive across your accounts. This role involves regular travel within the UK (60-70% approximately).
A typical day will include...
- Visiting customers onsite to understand their workflows, challenges, and priorities, identifying where AI and automation solutions can deliver meaningful impact
- Building strong relationships across your accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and consistent point of contact
- Driving adoption of AI-powered solutions by coaching teams and embedding new workflows into their day-to-day operations
- Identifying and developing opportunities to expand usage across new teams, stakeholders, and use cases within each account
- Monitoring account health and product utilisation, proactively engaging customers who need support or are at risk
- Identifying and developing internal champions who can drive adoption and momentum within customer organisations
- Maintaining accurate account records, activity logs, and next steps in Salesforce following each interaction
- Capturing and sharing customer insights and success stories to support broader team learning and enablement
