Responsibilities
- Lead and own the new customer system setup process to ensure customers have a great experience implementing our products.
- Work alongside Senior Consultants on enterprise implementations.
- Collaborate with Project Management, Professional Services, and Technical Services team members on project deliverables.
- Design and execute user acceptance testing throughout an implementation.
- Provide guidance on usage and adoption of the Bullhorn suite of products, training client users on onboarding self-service configurations.
- Report regular progress to the project team regarding the status of ongoing projects, capacity, escalations, and other initiatives.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years managing Saa S client implementations.
- Success working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ownership of your work and continuously strive for improvement.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation), with the ability to explain technical subjects to both technical and non-technical individuals.
• Bonus points for
- Previous consulting experience.
- Experience in the Staffing industry, focusing on recruiting solutions.
- Knowledge of Bullhorn’s suite of products.
- Excel in a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline - or equivalent prior work experience.
- German language skills.
