Role

Reporting to the International Marketing Director, the Business Development Representative develops and creates new business opportunities for the sales team.

You will qualify leads, pass them to the appropriate sales representative, and provide high-quality customer service to prospective clients.

The role offers learning opportunities from senior leadership and potential for future sales positions within Bullhorn.

It is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days per week in the London office.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify leads and pass them to the appropriate sales representative while delivering high-quality customer service to prospective clients.
  • Follow up on all new inbound inquiries within a set timeline.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
  • Leverage CRM tools to prospect into specific geographic territories.
  • Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Map prospective accounts around organizational structure, people, and existing technology.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to write succinct, crisp emails and maintain a great phone manner.
  • Authentically curious with a desire to learn and improve.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn new technology (CRM, applicant tracking, and marketing automation systems).
