We are looking for a Product Manager to lead a business-critical Salesforce ISV application within a complex, enterprise environment. You will act as the product lead for a key staffing and recruitment solution while partnering closely with large global enterprise customers.

A typical day will include:

  • Driving at the “Why”: Digging into feature requests to understand the underlying business problem and proposing solutions that address root causes.
  • Rapid Discovery & Prototyping: Using tools, including AI where appropriate, to create logic flows and wireframes that align stakeholders and engineering quickly.
  • Storytelling & Context: Providing clear context on customer needs so engineering teams understand the real-world impact of their work.
  • Dynamic Decision-Making: Adjusting product direction based on data, usage insights, and customer feedback, while making informed trade-offs.
  • Implementation Partnership: Working closely with professional services and customers to resolve challenges and ensure new features deliver measurable value.

This role will be a fit for you if:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in a technical Product Management, Product Owner, or Sales Operations role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You have a proven track record of delivering solutions or managing applications on the Salesforce platform.
  • You have experience in Staffing/Recruitment, or have worked in a related role such as Business Analyst or Sales Operations within a staffing technology context.
  • You are a Salesforce expert, with a strong understanding of Objects, Flows, APIs, and the AppExchange ecosystem.
  • You are comfortable using AI tools to support your workflow, from shaping requirements to visualising product logic.
  • You prefer a data-led, adaptive approach to product strategy rather than rigid long-term planning.
  • You communicate clearly and directly, and can translate customer problems into structured product requirements.
  • You have a track record of delivering in fast-paced environments and taking ownership of outcomes.

Bonus points for:

  • Direct experience within executive search or high-end recruitment environments.
  • Experience delivering mobile applications or enterprise-scale platforms.
  • Exposure to tools such as Google Firebase or .NET-based integrations (e.g. Outlook).
  • Experience working with distributed or remote engineering teams.
  • A track record of simplifying complex technical concepts into clear, concise messaging.

What we offer:

  • Group Critical Illness, Group Income Protection, Group Life Assurance, Pension, Vision, EAP.
  • Access to our Discounts and Wellbeing Portal.
  • Optional from DAY ONE - Private Medical Coverage & Ride to Work Scheme.
  • Unlimited Vacation.
  • Quarterly paid volunteer days.
  • Lucrative Employee Referral Program (eligible for prior to your first day).
  • Career development opportunities up/across Bullhorn.
