We are looking for a Project/Service Coordinator for this expanding business based in the Birmingham area. You will come from a telecoms/IT background and enjoy the interaction between internal parties and external customers.
Working out of the Group\’s Birmingham offices day to day activities include:
Coordinating new installation projects and moves & changes for existing and new customers.
Working with the Sales, Engineering and Accounts team to ensure efficient delivery of the Sales Order Process.
Provide weekly updates to internal and external parties on project progress Manage and prioritise projects on a day-to-day basis whilst liaising with the delivery team.
Knowledge of agreed processes and practices to carry out work in a fast-paced environment.
IT literate
In return the company offer a salary of £28000 -£30000pa and benefits package and the opportunity to work from home up to 1 day per week.
