- Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes, reporting structures and workflow efficiencies.
Reporting & Commercial Insight
- Produce high-quality reporting and management information for senior leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- Analyse commercial performance, campaign effectiveness and pipeline activity to support strategic decision-making.
- Work with finance and FP&A teams where required to support pricing discussions, commercial analysis and broader business planning activity.
- Provide insight-led recommendations to improve commercial performance and operational effectiveness.

Candidate Profile
We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience operating within:
- Corporate Services Providers (CSPs).
- Fund Administration businesses.
- Fiduciary or Trust businesses.
- Private Markets or Financial Services organisations.
- Large-scale global professional services environments.
Experience & Skills Required
- Proven experience in a commercial enablement, commercial operations, strategic marketing, CRM or sales enablement role.
- Strong understanding of complex B2B sales processes within corporate services, funds or related financial services environments.
