The Role
They're on the lookout for an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to lead their multi-brand acquisition efforts.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role suited to someone who is data-savvy, commercially sharp, and passionate about forging and scaling affiliate and influencer partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Drive affiliate outreach strategies across multiple brands and markets
- Identify and engage new partners through networking and outbound efforts
- Present compelling value propositions to potential partners
- Create a commercial playbook with target commercials (CPA based) and negotiate with affiliates based on those
- Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and refine acquisition tactics
- Review tools and processes to enhance automation and scalability in affiliate operations
- Ensure all campaigns comply with media platform and regional advertising regulations
- Collaborate closely with the broader acquisition team to share insights and innovations
- Safeguard and elevate brand visibility through top-tier placements
- Document best practices and create scalable, repeatable processes
- Monitor affiliate activity to prevent traffic cannibalisation
Requirements
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Experience in affiliate marketing within the i Gaming industry
- Proven track record managing high-performing affiliate relationships
- Well-connected in the i Gaming space, particularly in the U. S. market
- Strong grasp of postbacks, pixels, and partner implementation
- Comfortable with flexible hours and occasional travel
- Tech-savvy with a solid understanding of marketing tracking systems
- Familiar with SEO content and tools
- Strategic thinker with a good grasp of the marketing mix and cross-channel dynamics
