Key Responsibilities- Support annual salary and bonus review cycles through data modelling and analysis.
- Develop and maintain workforce planning models to forecast headcount, cost, and turnover.
- Create and manage dashboards to report on key workforce metrics for leadership teams.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market research to ensure competitive compensation.
- Analyse and model the effectiveness of current and proposed incentive and bonus schemes.
- Analyse data to support pay equity reviews and D&I reporting initiatives.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to analyse recruitment trends and inform workforce plans.
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems for accurate reporting.
- Assist in job evaluation processes and maintain compensation frameworks.
- Support ad-hoc analytical projects related to compensation, benefits, and organisational design.
- Proven experience in Microsoft Excel to a high standard.
- Proven experience in an analytical role, within a HR, Reward, Compensation, or Finance team.
- Strong analytical and quantitative mindset, able to interpret complex data sets.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a methodical, accuracy-driven approach.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly and concisely.
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.
