About the role

Bullfinch is currently working with our client, B2Spin, to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner. This is an opportunity to join B2Spin's team directly and contribute to the delivery of a forward-thinking people strategy while partnering closely with business leaders.

Introduction

As a Human Resources Business Partner at B2Spin, you will be instrumental in leading and shaping the human resources functions within a dynamic iGaming environment. This role is designed for a strategic thinker with a passion for innovating HR practices and building an engaging workplace culture.

Role Overview

In this position, you will play a critical role in developing the HR landscape at B2Spin. Your responsibilities will involve conceptualizing and implementing HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with senior management to develop strategic HR initiatives that align with the business goals and enhance the industry standing.
  • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive employee engagement programs and cultural initiatives.
  • Establish robust HR practices and processes that will serve as the foundation for the growing HR department, ensuring compliance with global employment laws and alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, complemented by significant experience in HR management.
  • Prior experience in the iGaming industry is highly beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of global employment laws and ability to navigate and comply with multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of negotiating and influencing effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to manage remote teams and operate in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, with a proven ability to adapt and innovate under ambiguous circumstances.
