Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator – Client Services to take responsibility for a complex portfolio of trusts, companies, and wealth structures. This is a client‑facing role requiring strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to high‑net‑worth clients.
You will work closely with Client Directors, support junior team members, and play a key role in managing risk, improving profitability, and strengthening long‑term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a diverse and complex portfolio of trust and corporate structures
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, intermediaries, and stakeholders
- Ensure statutory, regulatory, and administrative requirements are met to a high standard
- Deliver timely, accurate, and professional client communication
- Identify opportunities to enhance client service and develop new business
- Act as Director on client companies, subject to Senior Management approval
- Meet personal targets for time recording, utilisation, and working capital
- Monitor and control WIP across your client book
- Support prompt billing and fee collection
- Work with Client Directors to improve portfolio profitability
- Coach junior colleagues on billing, cash collection, and commercial awareness
- Identify and mitigate risk within your client portfolio
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and governance requirements
- Escalate issues in line with internal policies
- Support strong relationships with regulators through high standards of governance
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Promote best practices and positive behaviours
- Support team morale, development, and performance
- Significant experience in trust, fiduciary, or wealth administration
- Proven track record of servicing high‑net‑worth clients
- Strong technical knowledge of trust and corporate structures
- Experience handling complex transactions and client requirements
- Ability to clearly explain technical matters to clients and colleagues
- Client‑focused with excellent relationship‑building skills
- Highly organised with strong prioritisation and time‑management abilities
- Professional, adaptable, and confident under pressure
- Self‑motivated with a strong drive to exceed targets
- Holds or is studying towards a relevant professional qualification
