We are searching for a talented Senior Client Manager with outstanding FMCG client management experience to join our London studio in the heart of Covent Garden. ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Client Manager, you will work as part of the client services team supporting and in partnership with a Client Director and Senior Client Director. You will be responsible for the successful day-to-day running of projects whilst building strong relationships with clients and team members alike. Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • CLIENT FACING
    • Organising and attending client meetings; creating and leading presentations with precision and confidence
    • Being the key agency lead across a number of levels and brands, building trusted and collaborative partnerships with clients
    • Managing difficult conversations and challenges with confidence and grace
    • Being responsive to client needs and requests, identifying where opportunities lie to exceed expectations
    • Being flexible and adaptable to circumstances, proposing solutions with ease
    • Negotiating fee and timing discussions with the support of senior team members
    • Overseeing the timely distribution of agendas, contact reports, status reports, timelines and other client facing documentation
    • Confidently presenting and discussing briefs, feedback, proposals and financials with a client team
    • Having an understanding of our offering and articulating it fluently to clients at every level
    • Using your understanding of the clients and industry to identify opportunities to proactively unlock new conversations
    • Organising and contributing ideas to client entertainment to surprise and delight
  • WITHIN THE CLIENT SERVICES TEAM
    • Reporting into your Client Director and/or the Client Partner on a day-to-day basis whilst working with and supporting the wider team as required
    • Managing the delivery of design projects and workflow, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard to meet client timelines and budgets
    • Leading and overseeing the day-to-day project deliverables from the initial briefing through the artwork process, recognising when to elevate any issues
    • Developing and managing project timelines and detailed proposals, which are realistic and effectively meet our client's needs
    • Working with a Client Manager to ensure Flook is up to date and accurate
    • Taking responsibility for the weekly management of billings, forecasting and client purchase orders
    • Strategically contributing to brief content, audits, presentations and pitches
    • Learning from the Client Directors and Client Partners to grow client relationships and broaden your understanding of the client service discipline
    • Managing the training and development of a Client Executive and Client Manager where required
