We are searching for a seriously organised Project Manager to join our London studio in the heart of Covent Garden. If you have outstanding FMCG brand and packaging design project management experience working with global brands, we would love to hear from you!

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Project Manager at Bulletproof, you will be responsible for managing the creative process from inception to completion. You will coordinate information and be the central point of contact on all projects. Additionally, you will evaluate the scope of each project and manage the efficient progress of creative work through the agency, from briefing through production and completion.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identifying the scope of each project, developing and continually updating a detailed project plan.
- Creating, maintaining and distributing status report documents, tracking all projects currently in progress; leading regular status meetings to discuss project status.
- Overseeing the day-to-day project deliverables, keeping all stakeholders informed of the progress of projects and dealing with or escalating any issues efficiently.
- Owning internal meetings including creative reviews, project reviews and briefings to ensure team members have a clear understanding of deliverables and timing.
- Managing risk and mitigation strategies, recognising when to evaluate any issues and communicating these to project leads as necessary.
- Collaborating with team members to determine resource requirements and plan effective and efficient workflow resourcing for projects.
- Ensuring all project stages are delivered on time and within budget, and do not exceed the cost that would compromise profit.
- Actively managing fees, costs and expenses of projects ensuring they are in line with budget, and cost cutting where necessary.
