  • WE BELIEVE NAÏVETY BREEDS BRILLIANCE - We believe remaining relentlessly curious and open to new possibilities leads to purer, more interesting and uncharted creative solutions.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As Senior Project Manager you'll bring clarity, structure and unstoppable momentum to every stage—ensuring projects are scoped, planned, resourced and delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard. You’ll be the anchor of delivery, the one who sees around corners, spots the risks before they land, and keeps everyone firing in the same direction. Working side by side with our Senior Client Managers, you’ll craft a seamless client experience that’s as slick as the creative we produce—because outstanding work doesn’t happen by chance, it happens because you make it happen. This is a fast-paced, problem-solving, no-two-days-the-same role in a team that values energy, urgency and excellence. If you thrive on action and love seeing great ideas come to life through flawless execution, this is your chance to lead from the centre.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

You will be responsible for...

  • Delivery Ownership - Own the successful delivery of projects from initiation through to completion. Control scope, timelines, budget and resources across all assigned projects. Ensure all deliverables meet agreed quality standards and client expectations. Align Creative, Strategy, Client Services and Production into a single delivery plan. Maintain full visibility of project status at all times.
  • Commercial Ownership - Own project financial performance, including budget management, burn tracking and gross margin protection. Monitor and report on project health weekly (RAG, burn, risks, actions). Identify margin risk early and take corrective action. Lead change control processes on all projects. Ensure all out-of-scope work is identified, scoped, and commercially agreed.
  • Planning & Scoping - Create and maintain Statements of Work (SoW), project plans, timelines and budgets. Assess feasibility of concepts against time, budget, and resources. Ensure all projects start with a clear, approved brief. Define scope boundaries, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Resource Management - Work with Creative Resource Services to plan and allocate resources effectively. Forecast resource demand across project lifecycle. Identify capacity gaps and risks early. Support efficient utilisation and minimise unnecessary freelance spend.
  • Risk & Issue Management - Own risk identification and mitigation across all projects. Maintain a clear view of delivery and commercial risks. Resolve issues proactively with clear action plans. Escalate only when necessary, with defined solutions.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management - Partner with Client Services to deliver a seamless client experience. Lead delivery conversations with clients where required. Manage expectations on scope, timelines, and feasibility. Support clear and structured communication across all stakeholders.
  • Production & Realisation - Own delivery through production and Realisation stages. Manage third-party suppliers including briefing, negotiation and delivery oversight. Ensure compliance requirements are met (NDAs, contracts, POs). Oversee production quality and timelines.
  • Data, Systems & Process Discipline - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data within systems (e.g. ScreenDragon). Ensure accurate budget tracking, stage management and reporting. Drive timesheet compliance across project teams (target 95%+). Use data to inform decisions, not just report status.
  • Leadership & Team Contribution - Lead delivery teams with clarity and accountability. Hold team members accountable to timelines and scope. Support and mentor junior team members. Contribute to improving operational processes. Promote a culture of ownership, clarity, and efficiency.
  • Creative Collaboration - Work with Creative and Strategy teams to protect creative integrity. Ensure ideas are deliverable within constraints. Contribute to discussions around feasibility and execution. Support delivery of high-quality, innovative work.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
