ABOUT YOU
As a Senior Client Manager, you will work as part of the client services team and be responsible for the successful day-to-day running of projects while building strong relationships with clients and team members alike.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Organising and attending client meetings; creating and leading presentations with precision and confidence.
- Being the key agency lead across a number of levels and brands, building trusted and collaborative partnerships with clients.
- Overseeing the timely distribution of agendas, contact reports, status reports, timelines and other client facing documentation.
- Confidently presenting and discussing briefs, feedback, proposals and financials with a client team.
- Using your understanding of the clients and industry to identify opportunities to proactively unlock new conversations.
- Managing the delivery of design projects and workflow, ensuring work is completed to the highest standard to meet client timelines and budgets.
- Leading and overseeing the day-to-day project deliverables from the initial briefing through the artwork process, recognising when to elevate any issues.
- Developing and managing project timelines and detailed proposals.
- Taking responsibility for the weekly management of billings, forecasting and client purchase orders.
- Strategically contributing to brief content, audits, presentations and pitches.
