Join Our Team as a Class 2 HGV Driver – Nightshift

About Us: Bullet Express is seeking a experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about driving and delivering excellent service, we want to hear from you! This position is within our retail team and shift pattern is Tuesday to Saturday 4am start . The job entails delivering and collecting totes on wheels to 3 – 6 stores in Edinburgh each day. Tues, Thurs and Sat is 3 x stores. Wed and Fri is 6 x stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering and collecting totes on wheels to retail premises

• Providing up to date delivery information / pictures via Whatsapp Group

• Accurately complete and submit all work-related paperwork at the end of each shift.

• Perform thorough vehicle checks before and after each shift.

• Report any non-conformities or near misses to your line manager promptly.

• Ensure timely deliveries and maintain the integrity of goods during transit and delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience & Personal Qualities:

• Proven experience driving Heavy Goods Vehicles.

• Experience in power pallet truck.

• Experience in electronic delivery equipment.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Pride in maintaining and respecting the provided equipment.

• Strong ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently.

Licence/Certification:

• Digital Tacho Card (Required)

• Appropriate Driving License (Required)

• Driver CPC (Required)

• Comprehensive knowledge of driver regulations (Required)
