Lumero Educational Trust is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Curriculum Transition Lead from September 2026. The role is a 1‑year fixed‑term contract, working 3 days a week across all Lumero schools. The Lead will partner with each school’s senior leader responsible for curriculum to ensure a compliant, coherent and ambitious curriculum framework for both primary and secondary phases, coordinating and quality‑assuring curriculum development across the Trust in line with national expectations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all schools within the Lumero family maintain a consistent, compliant and high‑quality curriculum framework.
- Partner with school senior leaders to refine curriculum intent, implementation and impact.
- Coordinate and quality‑assure curriculum development across the Trust.
Qualifications
- Strong determination to support students to access all opportunities.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Professional and highly accurate, with a strong understanding of curriculum frameworks and Ofsted requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Analytical, adaptable, proactive and proficient in data analysis.
- Confidentiality and a commitment to ethical practice.
