Role
Reporting to the CEO as a Senior Vendor Manager, your primary responsibilities will be to acquire new partnerships to drive new revenue for the company. You will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and achieving sales targets.
- Identifying new brands, categories and growth opportunities.
- Doing outreach to potential brand partners.
- Conducting research, visiting trade shows and traveling to meet new brand partners.
- Acquire and build new commercial partnerships.
- Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets for the new brands.
- Overseeing both commercial retention & performance in UK/EU market.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Analyzing sales data and trends to inform decision-making.
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Providing regular reports and updates to senior management.

The Ideal Candidate Has Basic Qualifications
- Previous experience in Retail - Do not apply without it.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, vendor manager role or buyer role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proven track record of driving new business.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
