Young's pubs is seeking a Sous Chef for our premium pub at the entrance of London’s Westfield shopping centre. The role offers autonomy to create menus, access to development programmes, and opportunities to grow within the company in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You will lead a kitchen team, champion service quality, and collaborate with the Head Chef to deliver fresh dishes and daily specials while ensuring GP and labour controls and training are up to standard.
