We're looking for a General Manager for the Bull in Ditchling. This is the epitome of a Sussex Country pub, featuring rustic charm, plenty of nooks and crannies, a sun trap of a garden, and 6 bedrooms for customers who want to spend the night. The food focuses on fresh seasonal local produce, used to create stunning elevated pub classics and blackboard specials that showcase all that Sussex has to offer.
The perfect candidate has a track record of working with fresh food, is passionate about delivering a great guest experience, and has a fantastic operational mind. They will be happy being the face of the business, comfortable interacting with regulars at the bar, running food-led events, and managing a busy Sunday Service.
