From locals at the bar, to destination diners in the restaurant, to guests staying in our six bedrooms. Add in a buzzing garden in summer and you’ve got a pub that never stands still. We’re looking for an Assistant Manager who wants more than just running shifts. Someone who wants to learn how to run a business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading shifts and setting the tone on the floor
- Supporting and developing the team day‑to‑day
- Driving standards, energy, and guest experience
- Working closely with the GM to understand the bigger picture – from sales to people to profit
