Full Time (Monday – Friday) – Studio Based in Derby

At BULKHEAD, we’re looking for a commercially driven Finance Partner to join our team in Derby and play a key role in how we plan, track, and grow the studio. This is a hands‑on, business‑facing role where you’ll turn financial data into clear, actionable insight, working closely with production teams and leadership to support decision‑making across multiple projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Partner with teams to track spend and improve performance.
  • Provide insight on project profitability and studio KPIs.
  • Support board reporting, audit, and strategic planning.

What We’re Looking For

  • Part‑qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
  • Experience in management accounts, FP&A, or commercial finance.
  • Strong Excel skills and stakeholder confidence.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded.
  • No games industry experience required, just a willingness to learn!
