Priorities shift quickly, and your focus will always be on removing blockers and keeping the studio running.

- Support core systems (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, networking, servers)
- Assist with AWS cloud infrastructure support
- Maintain developer systems (including Perforce)
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively
- Support infrastructure projects and system improvements
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes
- Maintain clear technical documentation
What we're looking for:
- Experience in IT support, systems, or infrastructure roles
- Strong Microsoft 365 & Entra ID knowledge
- Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)
- Windows Server & Active Directory
- Scripting (PowerShell or similar)
- Linux administration
- AWS experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
Nice to Have:
