At BULKHEAD, we are looking for a commercially driven Finance Partner to join our team in Derby and play a key role in how we plan, track, and grow the studio. This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you will turn financial data into clear, actionable insight, working closely with production teams and leadership to support decision-making across multiple projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Partner with teams to track spend and improve performance
- Provide insight on project profitability and studio KPIs
- Support board reporting, audit, and strategic planning
What we’re looking for:
- Part-qualified or newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Experience in management accounts, FP&A, or commercial finance
- Strong Excel skills and stakeholder confidence
- Proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded
- No games industry experience required, just a willingness to learn!
