IN A NUTSHELL

Bulk™ is looking to hire a Social Commerce Manager (6-month FTC) to own and scale the commercial performance of our Tik Tok Shop channel and wider social commerce strategy.

Working closely with our agency partners, you’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth through promotional campaigns, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, live shopping, and continuous platform optimisation.

This is a chance to operate at the forefront of social commerce, turning engaging content into measurable commercial impact, and shaping how one of the UK’s leading sports nutrition brands connects with millions of customers.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Reporting into the Digital Trading Lead, and working closely with our Ecommerce Director, you’ll take full ownership of the day‑to‑day performance and commercial success of our Tik Tok Shop.
  • Drive profitable revenue growth and managing the overall P&L on Tik Tok Shop.
  • Working alongside our agency partner, you’ll continuously optimise our Tik Tok shop performance, through improved product merchandising, an effective promotional strategy and optimised product listings.
  • Working closely with our Brand team, the agency partner and the Tik Tok platforms, you’ll drive improved content from both a Brand and Commercial perspective.
  • Track and report performance across our key metrics, such as revenue, margin, conversion, campaign performance, creator performance and availability.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 3+ years experience within e Commerce, Social Commerce, Digital Marketing or Marketplace Management
  • Commercially minded and experience driving revenue growth with a focus on profitability
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make strategic recommendations
  • Strong understanding and a passion for Tik Tok Shop, and the broader Social Commerce space
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Consumer‑centric mindset: always considers the end‑user experience when making decisions and implementing strategies
  • Ability to think strategically and take full ownership of driving growth across the Tik Tok shop platform
  • Comfortable working alongside our agency partner to continuously drive Bulk’s performance
