We are shaking up the sports nutrition industry through disruptive marketing campaigns that help people think differently about our brand – and we want you to be a part of it!
This role requires someone who gets a kick out of crunching numbers and finding meaningful insights from data. You’ll primarily work within Paid Social, PPC (Google Ads pay‑per‑click) and Affiliate marketing. Display, programmatic and other channels can also be part of the role. Importantly, you will have a thirst for using data and automation to help make revolutionary improvements to the business. A keen understanding and interest in UGC and modern Social Media marketing is key. You will work across multiple markets, creating and managing campaigns in several languages – localised and tuned to achieve a native level of marketing.
What will you be doing?
- You’ll build, optimise and grow ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Affiliate networks, TikTok and YouTube.
- You’ll analyse campaign results, find meaningful insights from the data and utilise a science‑based approach to ongoing optimisation and testing.
- You’ll be responsible for multiple accounts and/or countries and handle budgeting, reporting and optimisation.
- You’ll work closely with a Paid Media Manager to ensure that all campaigns follow best practice and sit in line with our acquisition strategy and growth targets.
- You’ll brief and create creative assets via both internal and external resources, working on seasonal, BAU and new product launch campaigns through to launch.
- You’ll conduct end‑to‑end campaign A‑B tests.
- You’ll work closely with our brand team and other departments in order to provide them with reporting dashboards, data‑driven insights on campaign performance and performance improvement recommendations.
- You’ll liaise with key affiliate partners, prospects and maintain and improve our affiliate programme.
- You’ll work closely with our Ecommerce, Product and Studio (Creative) teams to ensure the highest level of collaboration is met between all teams, as well as the company at large.
What are we looking for?
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Knowledge of at least one advertising platform.
- Digital native with a strong personal interest in social media and online niches, with a specific interest in effective UGC/social media advertising.
- Excellent writing skills – additional languages to English are highly valued.
- Willingness to question decisions.
- Organisation and project management skills.
- An interest in Data Visualisation.
- Knowledge or enthusiasm to innovate on automating manual PPC tasks.
- Culture fit is key – we are looking for someone who doesn’t settle for ‘good’ but strives to be outstanding.
