As Merchandising Executive at Bulk™, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running and upkeep of the online store, keeping the site accurate, well-merchandised, and commercially optimised across 16 markets. You'll own core merchandising operations: setting up new products, uploading and correcting assets and copy, managing on-site search boosting and rules, and running regular site audits to fix issues. The role balances high-volume, day-to-day site operations with longer-term optimisation projects, and requires strong attention to detail and prioritisation across live issues, quick wins, and larger initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with Trade, Brand, Product, UX, and Dev teams to continuously improve the customer experience and commercial performance.
What will you be doing?
- PDP & PLP Optimisation: Support improvements to product detail and listing pages to enhance the user journey and maximise conversion, working closely with the Senior Merchandising Manager and cross-functional teams.
- Website Housekeeping: Conduct regular site audits and content updates, ensuring all product information is accurate, compliant, and optimised. This includes fixing errors, updating copy, and maintaining high standards across all markets.
- New Product Launches (NPD): Build and launch new SKUs across systems (Akeneo & Magento), including copy, assets, URLs, and imports, ensuring launches are accurate and delivered on time.
- Merchandising Tools & Execution: Maintain and optimise merchandising tools (e.g., blocks, boosts, rules) to ensure the right products are surfaced at the right time across the customer journey.
- Search, Browse & Cross-Sell Optimisation: Support merchandising strategy across onsite search, navigation, recommendations, cross-sell, and upsell to drive engagement, conversion, and UPO.
- Content Management: Use CMS platforms to manage product content, imagery, and video, ensuring everything is up to date, consistent, and engaging.
- Reporting & Insights: Pull and analyse performance data to inform trading decisions and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Trade, Product, Supply Chain, Studio, and SEO teams to ensure alignment on stock, launches, campaigns, and site accuracy.
- Staying Ahead of Trends: Keep up to date with eCommerce and D2C best practices, bringing ideas and initiatives to keep Bulk™ competitive.
What are we looking for?
- Either experience working with CMS or PIM tools, or a keenness and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Exposure to eCommerce merchandising, or a genuine interest in building a career in this space.
- Experience managing product content, launches, or onsite merchandising is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong attention-to-detail, with confidence managing large volumes of product data across multiple markets.
- A proactive, hands‑on approach and a willingness to take ownership within a small, supportive team.
- An analytical mindset, with curiosity to explore data and turn insights into meaningful improvements.
- Adaptability and a positive attitude towards balancing day-to-day tasks with longer-term projects.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across a variety of teams.
- A self-starter mentality - motivated, curious, and excited to learn and grow in a fast‑paced environment.
Nice to have:
