IN A NUTSHELL
We’re seeking a detail-driven Artworker to support the Technical team with the development and preparation of product labels and packaging artwork. Reporting into the Regulatory Manager, you’ll focus on ensuring our artwork is accurate, compliant, and ready for print. While the focus is on technical accuracy rather than creative design, your work will have a real impact, creating nutritional tables, updating product information, and managing artwork files with precision across a diverse product range.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Create, update, and finalise artwork for product labels and packaging.
- Build and maintain nutritional tables, ingredient lists, allergen information, claims, and regulatory text including finalised pack copies.
- Maintain glossary of on-pack translations content.
- Produce print-ready files following supplier specifications and technical requirements.
- Ensure artwork aligns with legal and regulatory standards for sports nutrition and food products.
- Follow and apply dielines, barcodes, layout structures, and brand consistency guidelines.
- Manage artwork version control, file naming, and documentation.
- Super user of Artwork management solution including initiating jobs and sharing approved artwork access with internal and external partners as per business requirements.
- Collaborate with the Regulatory Manager and Technical team to implement required updates.
- Coordinate with NPD, Creative, Production, and Quality teams to verify product information.
- Liaise with print suppliers to ensure artwork accuracy and troubleshoot technical queries.
- Support large-scale packaging updates and ongoing artwork maintenance across all SKUs.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience in an artworking, packaging production, or similar role, ideally within FMCG, food, supplements, or other regulated consumer goods.
- Ability to work with artwork layout tools and follow structured templates.
- Strong understanding of print production, file preparation, and technical artwork requirements.
- High level of attention to detail, especially when handling data and regulatory text.
- Ability to interpret and accurately apply product specifications and compliance requirements.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing artwork changes.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with labelling requirements for food, nutrition, supplements, or similar categories.
- Experience working with large product portfolios and multi-SKU packaging.
- Understanding of barcode and packaging standards.
- Experience in working with any or all of these EU language content e.g. French, German, Italian, Spanish, Polish.

- Monthly Bulk Bank Benefits Allowance including a subsidised Gym Membership.
- A day off to celebrate your Birthday.
