As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an Associate Brand Manager to lead and develop our ambassador programme and strengthen our community of athletes, creators, and fitness leaders. The Associate Brand Manager will lead the development and execution of Bulk’s ambassador programme, building strong relationships with athletes, creators, and influencers who authentically represent the brand. This role will be responsible for managing ambassador partnerships, scouting new talent, delivering ambassador-led campaigns and events, and ensuring strong return on investment across the programme. You will work closely with brand, social, creative, partnerships, and performance marketing teams to maximise the impact of ambassador-generated content and activations.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Ambassador Programme Leadership
    • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and management of Bulk ambassadors and athletes.
    • Build strong relationships with ambassadors to ensure consistent and authentic brand advocacy.
    • Manage ambassador contracts, communications, and product seeding.
    • Develop and maintain a strong ambassador community aligned with Bulk’s brand values.
  • Ambassador Events & Activations
    • Lead the planning and delivery of ambassador events and experiences, including community workouts, brand activations, training sessions, and product launches.
    • Coordinate ambassador attendance at fitness events, expos, and brand campaigns.
    • Create engaging experiences that strengthen ambassador relationships and community engagement.
  • Talent Scouting & Network Growth
    • Identify and scout emerging creators, athletes, and fitness personalities who align with the Bulk brand.
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of high-potential ambassador talent to support future campaigns and brand growth.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Performance Tracking & Value Management
    • Monitor ambassador performance to ensure strong return on investment and value for money.
    • Track metrics including engagement, reach, conversions, and revenue impact.
    • Deliver performance reporting and insights to optimise ambassador partnerships.
  • Content & Performance Assets
    • Lead the development of high-performing ambassador content assets for use across social media, paid media, and e-commerce channels.
    • Ensure ambassador content aligns with Bulk’s brand guidelines, campaigns, and product launches.
    • Collaborate with social, creative, and performance marketing teams to maximise the impact of ambassador-generated content.
  • AI & Process
    • Utilise AI & other tools to develop processes & ways of working that streamline ambassador scouting & management.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • 2-4 years experience in brand marketing, influencer marketing, partnerships, or talent management.
  • Experience managing ambassadors, creators, athletes, or influencer partnerships.
  • Experience planning or supporting brand events and activations.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and ROI.
  • Passion for fitness, sport, health, or lifestyle brands.
