As our Process Technologist at Bulk™, you’ll play a key role in turning innovative product concepts into scalable, commercially successful realities. Sitting at the heart of product delivery, you’ll ensure both new and existing products are manufactured safely, consistently, and efficiently across our production network. Working cross-functionally with Innovation, Technical, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams, you’ll lead the optimisation of processes from trial through to launch. You’ll drive continuous improvement, support robust product rollouts, and help ensure every product consistently meets the high standards our customers expect.

What Will You Be Doing

  • Act as the technical link between Innovation and Manufacturing during NPD/EPD projects.
  • Translate formulation and product briefs into scalable and efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Assess process feasibility, identify risks, and recommend modifications before factory trials.
  • Lead and document production trials, ensuring successful scale-up from pilot to full commercial run.
  • Ensure all necessary process parameters, equipment settings, and SOP updates are created and approved.
