Bulk™ is on an incredible journey, with a mission to move the business from a manufacturing‑led retailer to a destination brand for active nutrition. We are shaking up the sports nutrition industry through disruptive marketing campaigns that help people think differently about our brand – and we want you to be a part of it!

At the heart of our business is our Supply Chain team, and we’re looking for a driven and passionate Demand Planner to join us. This data‑enabled team is responsible for maximising product availability across all of Bulk’s channels, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while staying within stock‑holding targets. As a demand planning expert, you’ll leverage our planning software, FuturMaster, to provide the most realistic view of the business and support the delivery of our ambitious growth plans.

Working cross‑functionally within the Supply Chain team (Planning and Procurement), you’ll ensure optimal stock levels are maintained across all locations at all times. You’ll also collaborate closely with Innovation, Marketing, Trading, and Brand to drive availability by developing the most accurate demand plan possible.

What will you be doing?

  • Ownership and excellence in building and maintaining our demand planning software (FuturMaster), using reporting tools to analyse and understand performance and opportunities.
  • Analysing past sales figures and trends to anticipate future product performance at a SKU and group level for all our channels.
  • Produce an accurate demand plan covering short, medium, and long‑term forecasts on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Alignment with the financial team to create a clear reconciliation between the demand plan and the latest financial forecast.
  • Prepare & present reporting on KPIs for weekly & monthly meetings.
  • Participate in the S&OP cycle and lead the Demand Review meetings.
  • Supporting the other functions with data insights.
  • Support in the initiative sizing of NPD/EPDs.
  • Other ad‑hoc projects and analysis as directed by the Supply Chain Director.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in Demand Planning, ideally within an FMCG or similarly fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw meaningful insights, and identify key performance drivers.
  • A curious mindset, comfortable asking “how” and “why” to support continuous improvement.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with a range of stakeholders to meet shared deadlines.
  • Comfortable taking ownership and making informed recommendations, even when working with ambiguity.
  • Adaptable and open to driving positive change and evolution.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with a collaborative and team‑oriented approach.
  • Results‑focused, with the ability to make decisions and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Customer‑centric, with a commitment to delivering great experiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office, GSuite, and Demand Planning software (experience with FuturMaster is beneficial but not essential).

What are the gains?

  • Monthly Bulk Bank Benefits Allowance including a subsidised Gym Membership.
  • A day off to celebrate your Birthday.
  • PerkBox Subscription.
  • 60% discount on all Bulk™ products.
  • Flexi Start.
  • Additional Annual Leave (optional).
  • Teammate Pension Scheme.
  • Life Assurance.
  • Medicash.
  • A day off for Volunteering (optional).
  • Cycle to Work Scheme.
  • Enhanced Maternity & Paternity leave and workplace nursery scheme.
  • Bulk™ Pantry.
  • Happy Hour Drinks Fridge (Thursdays & Fridays).
  • Summer Working Hours.
