Overview

Bulgari UK is looking for a Training Manager reporting to the Country Managing Director. The Training Manager contributes to the elevation of client experience, sales performance and Brand excellence by upskilling Sales teams, facilitating engaging and impactful training programs, fostering product expertise, enhancing selling skills and Brand identity.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deploy local training strategy.
  • Plan and deploy training sessions according to WW Training Plan and local needs.
  • Develop local action plans gathered by observing Sales teams and by analyzing qualitative/quantitative performances.
  • Contribute to local adaptation of the training contents released from HQ, including translation in local language and/or proofreading when appropriate.
  • Develop training contents in accordance with local needs and action plans.
  • Coordinate training events in class and in store, ensuring organization in accordance with Brand guidelines.
  • Facilitate sales trainings to Sales Team on selling skills and product knowledge, including High-End, brand and JWA collections.
  • Follow up on training contents, ensuring daily anchoring through partnership with Store Managers and creation of activation kits and activities to be tested and performed by Store teams.
  • Support Business Partners' team by delivering brand and watches training sessions.

Coaching & Support

  • Work with Retail teams and Store Managers in identifying and developing the watches and accessories in-store ambassadors by the deployment of a dedicated training plan.
  • In partnership with Store Management, lead the discussion on the development of the Sales Team, including hard and soft skills enhancement.
  • Ensure presence in Store to observe Sales team's dynamics and animate in-Store training activities with products.
  • Identify best practices to be shared within Store network and suggest action plans to address areas of improvement.

Onboarding of new Staff

  • Organize and deliver on-boarding programs to the new Client Advisors and Store Management.
