Loro Piana is looking for an exceptional Store Manager for our concessions in Harrods, leading a team of 15-20 members. As a brand ambassador, you will drive sales, client relationships, and team development, ensuring excellence in every aspect of the store's performance.

Job responsibilities

Profile

  • Proven experience in luxury retail management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Retail (preferred).
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
