Bvlgari UK is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Client Advisor for our Harrods Boutique specializing in jewelry and watches. Employment type: Full‑time position – Reporting to Store Manager.
The Client Advisor embodies the brand, serving as a powerful Brand Ambassador and trusted advisor to every client. Through personalized service, expert product knowledge, and a genuine passion for exceeding expectations, the Client Advisor cultivates lasting relationships that drive sales and elevate the client experience.
Deliver an Exceptional Selling ExperienceAssist all clients/prospects entering the store, regardless of their needs (browsing, purchase, CARE, complaints) ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism following brand selling experience and leaving a lasting positive impression. Keep client information up‑to‑date in the company’s CRM system and execute 1‑to‑1 CRM initiatives, according to the received guidelines. Address complex clients’ complaints with diplomacy; offer resolution strategies that uphold brand reputation while satisfying clients concerns. Serve as proactive liaison between clients and local/central service departments.
Achieve and Exceed Sales Objectives and TargetsActively work towards meeting or exceeding individual sales targets as well as contributing to overall store KPIs.
