As a Spa Therapist at The Spa at The Bulgari Hotel London, you will provide personalized and innovative treatments, ensuring each guest experiences the epitome of relaxation and care. Your role will involve performing a variety of therapies, including massages, facials, and body treatments, tailored to meet the individual needs and preferences of our esteemed guests.
Reporting to the Spa Director, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments to guests of the spa, including VIPs, key clients and members in line with the Hotel brand standards, while maintaining the excellent 5* star client care, cleaning standards and grooming standards. You will assist the team in ensuring that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards are adhered to. You will strive to exceed personal and team sales targets and objectives as set by the Spa Director and the Treatments Manager.

What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of service excellence in a spa environment. You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your passion for the job will be what sets you apart. To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses informal yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.
We encourage a diverse workforce however you will be required to have good levels of written and spoken English and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be beneficial.
