Spa Attendant (Male-Female)

Reporting to the Spa Director, you will work under limited guidance and be responsible for providing cleaning and attendant services for the changing rooms, treatment rooms, thermal sequencing, and gym and pool areas. You will support the spa therapists and reception team, serving as a constant presence for our guests and members; assisting them with their needs and requests.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for outstanding guest service, a positive attitude, and effective communication skills. You will be quick, efficient, and pay close attention to the smallest details.

To succeed in your application, you should have prior experience within a luxury service environment and an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You must be immaculately presented and possess authentic yet impeccable customer service skills, with the ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.

We value diversity; however, you must have good written and spoken English skills and be eligible to work in the UK. Fluency in a second language would be advantageous.
