Internationally renowned and multi-award winning cigar merchant Edward Sahakian’s cigar shop and Sampling Lounge at the Bulgari Hotel London has established itself as a premier Knightsbridge destination for connoisseurs in search of truly exceptional vintage cigars. To contribute to the success of the cigar shop we are developing our Cigar Shop team with people who demonstrate excellence in their profession, authenticity in their service and integrity in the decisions they make.
Reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage, you will be responsible to run the Cigar Shop, ensuring the highest standard of service and providing excellent cigar service. You will create a genuine and memorable experience for all guests, maximizing sales targets. You will be responsible for managing stock control and reporting any maintenance issues in order to take care of the shop, sampling room and storage areas. You will be fully aware of the relevant licensing laws and hotel policies with reference to service of cigars and drinks in the outlet.
