Are you motivated, reliable and ready to take control of your income? We are currently looking for self-employed individuals to join our growing team. This is a flexible, self-employed position, Qualified Traffic Management Operative, offering you the freedom to manage your own schedule while earning. Ideal for individuals who are driven, organised and enjoy working independently (shift work and working outside in all weathers).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own workload and schedule.
  • Deliver high-quality service to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships.
  • Meet agreed targets and deadlines.
What We're Looking For
  • Qualified NHSS 12 M1/2 through to M6.
  • Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
  • Live within one hour of the Depot location.
  • Be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol test.
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
What We Offer
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Rate: £135.00 to £160.00 per 10hr shift.
  • Overtime: £20.00 to £25.00 per hour (after 10hrs).
  • Various shift patterns (10hr shifts); days, nights, weekends.
